This article is provided as a courtesy to our customers to help you configure your Microsoft Outlook software to work with Zero-One's hosting solutions.


Before you start, be sure you have these handy:

  • Your domain name:
  • Your email address:
    If you need assistance in creating an email account, please contact us
  • Your email password.

Configure Outlook

  1. Start Microsoft Outlook
  2. Click Tools then Email Accounts







3. Select Add a new e-mail account.

4. Enter the required fields as shown below; Email Address should be your full email address e.g. password should be the password we created for you or the password you have changed it to.

Incoming mail server:

Outgoing mail server:


5.       Click on ‘More Settings’

Depending on your ISP ‘26’ on the left could be ‘25’; Once you’re done click on ok then ‘Test Account Settings’; if you get any error replace 26 with 25 and try again.
